Event Ticket Refunds
Due to the fact that I cut each project individually, refunds will only be given if you cancel more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event.
Within 14 days of any scheduled event, refunds will not be given. If you can no longer attend you may: Get your project as a Take & Make Kit, or if available, make the SAME project at a future event. Projects may not be changed.

What is the turnaround time for my order?
We work as fast as possibly here at Sosh, but quality is our first priority! Orders are made in the order they are received, and shipped or ready for pick up within 5-7 days of the order being made. Once shipped or finished, you will receive an email with tracking information notifying you of the expected delivery date. We do NOT guarantee arrival dates, as shipping is out of our control.

Do you do local pick up?
Absolutely! If you are nearby, shoot us a message and we can provide you a coupon for free pick up.
Can you guarantee my order will arrive by XXX date?
Unfortunately, no. Shipping times are predicted by USPS, but the actual arrival of your order is out of our control. We do everything in our power to make and ship your item in a timely fashion.
How are the items made?
All of our items are made in our workshop in Delmont, PA. Our business focuses on quality & hand made, so items will all have slight variances - they are made one at a time & not mass produced! All engraving is done on our Thunder Nova laser cutter.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your (non-custom) order, you may return it for a refund on the item cost. Shipping costs are not refundable & you must pay return shipping. You must notify us within 3 days of receiveing the item, and you must ship it back within 7 days of receiving. The item must return to us in the condition it was shipped in. Our return policy is also explained in our Policies section.
Custom and personalized orders
We do! But due to our busy schedule completing orders, we can only fulfill so many per month. To inquire about a custom order, send us a message and we will respond with our availability!
Do you ever offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
We do offer discounts on large orders. If you are interested in a wholesale order, we would be happy to discuss this with you further! Please send us a message!
I plan on picking up my order. How long do I have?
Once your order is complete, a confirmation email will be sent with directions on where to pick up & schedule a time. All info will be in that email. Once sent, you have 14 days to pick up. Unfortunatey, we cannot store orders longer than 14 days. If your order was custom, after 14 days you forfeit your product. If not custom, you will be charged a 30% restoicking fee & refunded the remainder. Any paints ordered will be subject to a $2 per 1 oz loss fee decducted from your refund.
