  • Do you offer in-home Paint Parties?

Yes! We love hosting paint parties in homes or businesses. Please contact Stefani at Info@SoshMade.com for more information!

  • What is included with my Take & Make Kit?

All project kits will list included items in the listing description. If anything is not clear, please feel free to ask any questions before ordering!

  • Do you do custom orders?

We do! But due to our busy schedule, we can only fulfill so many per month. To inquire about a custom order, email us at info@soshmade.com and we will respond with our availability!

  • Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

We do offer discounts on large orders. If you are interested in a wholesale order we would be happy to discuss this with you further! Please email us at info@soshmade.com

  • What is the turnaround time for my order?

We work as fast as possible here at Sosh Made, but quality is our first priority! Orders are made in the order they are received, and shipped or ready for local pick up within 5-7 days of payment. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

  • Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the Continental US!

  • Can I pick up locally?

Absolutely! If you are local, you can elect FREE Pick Up at check out! We will let you know as soon as your order is complete.

  • How are my items made?

All of our items are made in our workshop in Delmont, PA. Our business focuses on quality & hand made, so items will all have slight variances - they are made one at a time & not mass produced! All engraving is done on our Thunder Nova laser cutter.

  • What is your return policy? 

If you are not happy with your (non-custom) order, you may return it for a full refund minus shipping costs. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of our original ship date.

  • My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Oh no! We do understand there are accidents in shipping. If this happens to you, please take photos and email them to us, as well as file a claim with USPS. We will use the photos to do the same on our end. To receive a replacement or refund, you must ship the damaged item back to us within 14 days of our original ship date to you. 

  • I plan on picking up my order. How long do I have?
Once your order is complete, a confirmation email will be sent with directions on where to pick up & schedule a time. All info will be in that email. Once sent, you have 14 days to pick up. Unfortunatey, we cannot store orders longer than 14 days.  If your order was custom, after 14 days you forfeit your product. If not custom, you will be charged a 30% restoicking fee & refunded the remainder. Any paints ordered will be subject to a $2 per 1 oz loss fee decducted from your refund.
